With over 40 years of assessing guitar music, the difficulty/skill level of each book has been individually graded as follows:
Very easy: Beginner
Easy: Grades 1-3
Intermediate: Grades 4-5
Intermediate/Advanced: Grades 6-8
Advanced: Grade 8+

Bear in mind that some books will contain a wide range of difficulty levels many of which will overlap our gradings, frequently there is further guidance in the accompanying text. These should be taken as a rough guide and not an absolute level.

Most in-stock orders are sent within 1 working day, meaning that UK customers should not normally have to wait more than about 1-3 days for an order to arrive. International orders are typically delivered within 7-10 days depending on destination.

Don't panic! Please contact us to confirm exactly when your order was dispatched. If it appears that a parcel has gone missing in the post, we will organise a replacement for you. Due to occasional delays in the postal system, we request that UK customers allow 11 working days after the date of despatch as Royal Mail will not undertake claims for delayed/missing deliveries before this.

Sometimes Royal Mail can't deliver an item to you because nobody was at home to sign for it, or if it was too big for your letterbox. In this case a "Something for You" card will be left for you and you will be able to collect the item from your local RM Delivery Office. Alternatively if you are unable to go there to collect it, Royal Mail are happy to make a Redelivery to get your item to you safely: http://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/redelivery

Overseas customers should inform us of any parcels that have not arrived, but may be asked to wait longer before a replacement is sent.
